4. Data Retention.

The deletion of an Account may result in the deletion of your Content, so it is important that you keep a copy of your Content before you delete your Account. We will retain certain information associated with closed Accounts for a period of time to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

7. Age Limitations.

uSpeek does not allow use of this Site and uSpeek by anyone younger than 18 years old (a "Minor").
