Refund After Account Activation
Once your account is activated, no refund will be issued under any
circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Whether or not you have uploaded any videos
- Whether or not you have used AI scoring features
- Whether or not you have requested support
- Whether or not you have accessed analytics or reports
Account activation occurs once login credentials are generated and access is
granted to the platform.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do
not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Your client, student, or internal stakeholder decides not to proceed.
- You voluntarily choose to stop using our web or mobile application.
- You do not have the time or resources to implement or deploy the platform.
- You find an alternative solution after purchasing.
- You make customizations, modifications, or unauthorized changes that impact system
functionality.
- Your purchase is older than 14 days from the invoice date (no exceptions).
- You experience conflicts caused by third-party software, plugins, browser
extensions, or external integrations.
- Internet connectivity or device-related limitations on the user’s end.
- Change in business strategy, internal approval issues, or budget constraints.
Refund Request Conditions (If Applicable)
If a refund is exceptionally considered (subject to management review):
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of the invoice date.
